Our company's services include the complete organization of the event, which includes planning, control, management and logistics of all aspects of the wedding throughout Georgia.

services

Selection of necessary points for the wedding

  • Location search, selection - communication with the location - technical details, solving organizational issues, menu issues (directly controlling the quality of service on the wedding day, controlling the timely delivery of dishes, controlling compliance with the agreed details)

 

  • Finding, selecting, booking the necessary services / personnel for the wedding (photographer, videographer, presenter, band, DJ, etc.) - conducting negotiations with them (if you have already selected some of them, we will transfer communication with them from a professional point of view and continue to offer other points / services)

Management of wedding technical issues

  • Organizing technical matters such as - equipment, lighting, stage and other necessary inventory according to the artist's rider

 

  • Developing a unique decoration concept, creating a design customized for your wedding, taking into account the number of guests, location and other details, creating an effective decoration in other and other zones (ceremony zone, dinner zone - decoration of guest tables, presidium, ceiling decor, photo zone, other decorative elements).

 

  • Different inventory in case we are not satisfied with what is available on the location, for example: chairs, covers, napkins, serving and other small things.

Wedding day plan and program

  • Preparation of the wedding day plan, organization of events during the day, logistics of the photo session, ceremony, crucifixion and other important locations, control of the accuracy of the day plan.

 

  • Preparation of the wedding program (musical program, toasts, dancing, games and other activities), planning and implementation, accuracy control.

 

  • On the day of the wedding, distribution of the organization group to different zones and control of the relevant work.

 

  • Welcoming guests, placing them at tables according to a pre-made list.

 

  • Control of all force majeure situations if they exist

  • Taking care of your wedding for you!

A detailed list of the main services that are included in our competence and we have the opportunity to participate in their planning and organization:

  • Location - restaurant, hotel villa, private house, other private area for dinner, ceremony and/or photo session.

  • Catering service in case of selection of private space (Swedish table, Georgian/European table, buffet) (in case of restaurant or hotel, their menu)

  • Different inventory (tables, chairs, dishes - in case there is no suitable inventory on site)

  • Wedding decoration (ceremony area, dinner decor, bouquet, other and other decorative areas)

  • Classical music (saxophone, violin, quartet, other)

  • DJ

  • Invitation of famous singers / artists

  • Georgian ensemble (dancers, polyphony)

Let's start planning your dream wedding

Our fee

Our work first begins with drawing up a budget, which of course is individual for each wedding and depends on the number of guests, city, region, scale of the wedding and your priorities, which on average ranges from 50,000 to 300,000 GEL.

 

*If the budget is higher than 300-500,000 GEL, please contact us to schedule an individual consultation.

Boutique events

Proposal or autograph ceremony, gender awareness event, baby shower and other boutique events budgets start from 10,000 GEL and depend on scale and other details.

Our fee, as the total budget of the event, depends on the number of guests, date/period, city/region  and of course the scale of the wedding. The final amount of our fee is determined by the complexity and scope of the work we do and is 15-20% of the full wedding budget, of course there is a lower limit. 

 

*The annual number of weddings with us is limited, we focus on quality, not quantity, therefore we cannot agree to any event, the individuality and difference of the event is important to us, because this is our approach, we create only unique concepts!
